In light of the growing shortage of regulated preschool programs for children birth to three, the Tel Aviv municipality is building bridges with private daycare owners in order to improve the standard of care in the city. In a groundbreaking initiative, Tel Aviv is conducting a full investigation into the legal procedures, standardizing regulations and building regulation laws relating to the operation of private centers. Tel Aviv Deputy Mayor

Zippi Brand

The first feature documentary to explore the most overlooked, underestimated, and powerful force for change today: early childhood education. Through poignant stories and surprising humor, the film lays out the overwhelming evidence for the importance of the first five years , and reveals how our failure to act on that evidence  has resulted in an everyday crisis for families, and a slow-motion catastrophe.
